Permanent Part-time 0.5 FTE twelve-month (12) position
(5200 Wellington Rd. South, London, ON N6E 3Y1)
Under the
direction of the Supervisor(s) of Maintenance, perform work in accordance with
the appropriate designation as recognized by the Ministry of Skills and
Development. This involves the maintenance, repair, installation, and
construction of structures, fixtures, and equipment throughout the school
board sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of five (5) years HVAC experience
G1 and 313A technician certification
Install, service, balance and repair heating, gas and electric ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, chillers, boilers, etc.
Repair and calibrate pneumatic and electronic controls and thermostats
Monitor and correct problems in HVAC systems through computerized BAS systems
Perform other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skill as required
Sheetmetal/ductwork
Perform work in accordance with applicable codes, acts, and standardsStart Date: ASAP Job
Type: Permanent Salary range: $32.58 to $35.57
(Commensurate with experience)
